Automotive Tricoat Spray Paint Basecoat/Midcoat

WARNING: This is a Tricoat color system and should only be applied by or in the presence of a paint specialist as it takes proper technique and application to get the match correctly. There are many video tutorials online that can help with understanding the application process. Tricoats are a 3 layer system (2 layers applied before the clearcoat:  #1 Basecoat also known as undercoat followed by #2 Midcoat also known as the topcoat) that are applied following the primer to get the desired look. It costs more than your standard basecoat system because its essentially double the paint.

We guarantee 100% color match to the color code you provide, but vehicles can have their paint fade over time and cause the colors to be off. This requires a blending technique in which you can blend the new paint into the old paint, tricking the naked eye into believing its all one color, this tutorial can be found on our website.
