Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Typically our website orders are mixed and shipped same day if ordered before 12:00pm. If ordered after 12:00pm then typically orders will be shipped next day. Orders will need to be canceled before they are shipped.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods have not been used or opened
  • We shipped the wrong color

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Your paint is faded so the color match is not perfect. This can be somewhat common and needs to be acknowledged, if your paint is faded than getting a perfect paint match is impossible. We mix our paint 100% color match to the original factory color. Unless you’ve kept up on your paint maintenance or kept your vehicle stored in a garage blending is almost always needed. If you believe we mixed the color wrong just provide an image of the difference to us using your phone and we will happily accept and pay for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us if the wrong paint was ordered, you don’t need it anymore, or you’ve sold your vehicle, or just ordered by accident. If we shipped you the wrong color or any error was made on our end we will happily pay the return shipping. We mix our paint to the factory formula. Fading can cause color match issues, blending will be needed in these situations. If for some reason you believe that the paint was mixed incorrectly and can show us a picture of the difference we will happily refund you. If the paint mix is off because of the age of the vehicle or the paint is worn, than we will not refund you or pay for return shipping You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
